Amidst the velvet textures, monumental chandeliers, and soft, candlelit atmosphere, Gloria offers a Ramadan experience that blends the festive spirit of the Holy Month with the soul of a traditional Italian trattoria.

Guests are welcomed into the space through the glowing entrance, setting the tone for an evening of connection and indulgence. The venue’s intimate lighting and vintage Italian details create the perfect backdrop for a memorable Iftar or a late-night Suhour.

A Decadent Iftar Feast, the Iftar menu is a celebration of sharing, featuring Gloria’s signature commitment to artisanal produce. The journey begins with antipasti such as Insaltina di Carciofi (artichoke confit with green sauce and parmesan) and Crocchette di Vitello Tonnato (pulled veal croquettes). For the main course, guests can enjoy hearty Italian takes on gathering dishes, including Tagliata di Pollo alla Diavola grilled chicken with olives and red chilli, and the succulent Girella di Agnello alla Ligure, a lamb-filled girella with meat jus and pine nuts. The meal concludes with a touch of sweetness, featuring a Tiramisu al Pistacchio or the fragrant Panna Cotta al Cardamomo e Agrumi.

By night, As the evening deepens, Gloria transitions into a vibrant spot for Suhour, available from 9:00 PM to 1:30 AM. The Suhour menu is dedicated to the Dolci life, headlined by the Torre di Dolci (assorted desserts) and the Choco Clap Clap. Guests can linger over Mini Choux in flavors like vanilla-raspberry and pistachio praline, Tiramisu Classico, or a refreshing Coppetta di Fragole fruit platter, all served alongside soft drinks and Arabic coffee.
