Regan Hillyer on power, discipline and the end of ‘glossy manifestation’
Ahead of her appearance at Gladiator Summit III in Dubai, she speaks candidly about why true abundance demands discipline
For years, Regan Hillyer has been synonymous with manifestation and entrepreneurial success. But as she steps into a new chapter, personally, professionally and energetically, the narrative is shifting. Speaking ahead of her keynote at Gladiator Summit III in Dubai, Hillyer moves beyond polished promises to explore the less visible foundations of sustainable power.
In this Q&A, the multi-nine-figure entrepreneur unpacks why abundance is not passive, why hustle culture often masquerades as healing, and why urgency has become one of the most damaging belief systems women need to unlearn heading into 2026.
You’ve built a multi-million-dollar business, yet lately you’ve been speaking more openly about doubt, discipline and recalibration. What shifted for you, and why does the glossy manifestation narrative feel incomplete now?
Manifestation was never the issue - misrepresentation was. I built my multi-million dollar businesses through alignment, intention and energetic mastery, yes. But what often gets edited out of that story is the discipline, the doubt, and the very human recalibrations required to hold what you call in. Expansion demands honesty. And at a certain level, spiritual bypassing simply stops working. What shifted for me was scale, not just financially, but energetically and responsibility-wise. When you’re holding teams, global audiences, and multi-seven-figure ecosystems, you don’t get to rely on aesthetics or affirmations alone. You have to develop emotional regulation, decision-making precision, and the ability to sit with discomfort without collapsing or numbing it.
That’s why I’m speaking differently now, including here in Dubai at the Gladiator Summit III. The motivated, professional leaders in the room don’t need another polished promise. They need truth. Manifestation without discipline creates volatility. Discipline without alignment creates burnout. Real power is the synthesis. The glossy narrative sells the invocation of desire. But what actually creates wealth, longevity, and impact is the capacity to stay present when doubt arises, to refine instead of quit, and to recalibrate instead of self-abandon. That’s the part most people never see, and it’s the part that changes everything.
Abundance is often sold as ease, alignment and flow. But you’ve talked about the less aesthetic side: consistency, restraint and responsibility. What does abundance actually require behind the scenes?
Abundance isn’t passive - it’s governed and managed. Behind the scenes, abundance requires consistency long after the excitement wears off. It requires restraint, not in desire, but in impulse. And it requires responsibility: for your energy, your choices and the ripple effect of every decision you make at scale. Ease and flow are real, but they’re earned. They come after you’ve built internal stability, including nervous system regulation, clean boundaries and the capacity to hold more without leaking it emotionally, financially or within relationships. What most people don’t see is that abundance demands maturity. The willingness to do the unglamorous work repeatedly. To stay devoted to the vision even when there’s no external validation. To say “No” far more often than “Yes.” This is something I’m also speaking about in my address at the Dubai Gladiator Summit. The conscious leaders in that room already know how to make money. What they’re refining now is how to sustain it, without chaos, burnout or self-sabotage. True abundance isn’t loud. It’s stable. It’s spacious. And it’s built on the quiet discipline of someone who knows how to hold power without being consumed by it.
For women entering a new chapter heading into 2026 (whether that’s career reinvention, burnout recovery or redefining success) what mindset do you think we need to unlearn first?
The first mindset to unlearn is urgency as worth. So many women have been conditioned to believe that speed equals value, that if they’re not producing, pushing or proving, they’re falling behind. That belief system is at the root of burnout, misaligned success and the constant feeling of “almost, but not quite.” As we move toward 2026, the women who will thrive are not the ones doing more, they’re the ones moving forward cleaner. They know how to pause without panic. To reassess without self-judgment. To choose depth over performance. This is something I’m seeing powerfully right now. High-level women are no longer asking how to accelerate; they’re asking how to recalibrate without losing momentum. That’s a very different conversation, and it signals a collective shift. Success is no longer about how much you can carry. It’s about what you can hold with integrity. When urgency dissolves, clarity emerges. And from that place, the next chapter isn’t forced - it’s authored.
You’re candid about setbacks, even after reaching what many would call ‘the top’. How do you personally move through moments of self-doubt without letting them dismantle your identity?
I don’t treat self-doubt as a threat to my identity. Instead, I treat it as information. Setbacks are part of anyone’s life, regardless of scale or success. What matters is not avoiding them, but how you move through them, regulate yourself within them, and extract the lesson without collapsing your sense of self. Doubt doesn’t mean something is wrong; it usually means something is recalibrating. Over time, I’ve built a very clear internal distinction between who I am and what I’m experiencing. My identity isn’t dismantled by a challenging happening or event, because it isn’t built on outcomes. It’s built on values, discipline and self-trust. This is something I speak about candidly, because at higher levels, resilience isn’t about pushing through; it’s about staying sovereign. Pausing when necessary. Refining strategy. Listening instead of reacting. Setbacks redefine you if you let them. They actually don’t diminish you, they mature you. And that capacity to learn without self-betrayal is what allows leaders to keep expanding without losing themselves in the process.
There’s increasing pressure for women to be spiritually evolved and endlessly productive. How do you separate genuine growth from hustle culture disguised as healing?
Ah, an interesting question. Essentially, I look at the nervous system, not the language. If “healing” still requires constant output, relentless optimisation, or the inability to rest without guilt, it isn’t growth, it’s hustle culture wearing softer branding. True evolution creates more capacity, not more compulsion. Genuine growth shows up as discernment. Fewer reactions. Cleaner decisions. The ability to pause without spiralling. If someone is constantly consuming tools, teachings or practices to “fix” themselves, that’s not expansion - that’s avoidance. This is something I’m addressing directly at the Gladiator Summit Seminar. High-performing women are waking up to the fact that productivity masquerading as spirituality eventually collapses the system. You can’t out-heal an unregulated life. Real growth is subtle. It looks like a restraint. It looks like self-trust. And it often looks far less impressive on the surface than what’s currently being marketed, but it’s infinitely more sustainable.
If success is no longer just scale, income or visibility, how do you define ambition now and what does a ‘successful’ woman actually look like to you today?"
Ambition, for me now, is coherence. It’s the ability to expand without fragmentation. To grow without abandoning your body, your values, or your relationships. Scale, income and visibility still matter, but they’re no longer the metric. They’re the by-product of internal alignment and clean leadership. A successful woman today isn’t the most visible or the most exhausted. She’s the one who can hold complexity without chaos. Who makes decisive moves without force. One who knows when to advance and when to pause, and trusts herself in both. The most powerful women in the room aren’t chasing more per se - they’re refining how they lead, how they choose and how they live. Success now looks like sovereignty. Spaciousness. Self-trust. A woman who is deeply resourced internally and therefore unshakeable externally.
