Chanel’s Coco Crush gets a fluid new edge
Inspired by Gabrielle Chanel’s vision of freedom, the 2026 designs celebrate movement
Since its debut in 2015, Coco Crush has established itself as one of Chanel Fine Jewellery’s most recognisable signatures. Rooted in the graphic quilted motif beloved by Gabrielle Chanel and immortalised by the 2.55 handbag, the collection translates a house code into gold, transforming softness into structure and movement into modern elegance.

At the heart of every Coco Crush creation lies the matelassé motif, carved directly into gold by the Chanel Fine Jewellery Creation Studio. The incisions fuse roundness with precision, creating a tactile rhythm that feels both architectural and sensual. Rings, bracelets, earrings and necklaces form a complete grammar of style, designed to be worn alone or stacked, responding to one another with quiet confidence. Timeless yet contemporary, these pieces are created for living, moving, and asserting individuality.

For 2026, suppleness takes centre stage. In homage to Gabrielle Chanel’s founding belief in freedom of movement, the House introduces new technical innovations that bring unprecedented flexibility to the collection. Two new interpretations, a close-fitting necklace and a choker, sit against the skin with sculptural precision. Linked through a refined mesh effect and finished with a sliding clasp, they trace the neckline in Beige gold, yellow gold or white gold with diamonds, balancing control and fluidity.
This spirit of audacity continues with bold cuffs and transformable earrings that shift effortlessly from refined to rock-inspired. Graphic yet comfortable, Coco Crush remains jewellery with attitude...
