Gigi Hadid opens Ralph Lauren’s Autumn/Winter 2026 show, marking the start of NYFW
Ralph Lauren kicked off New York Fashion Week on Tuesday, presenting its Autumn/Winter 2026 women’s collection with brown-toned blazers, velvet dresses and metallic detailing ahead of the official start of the week.

Set in Manhattan’s Clock Tower building, the show delivered a stylish take on softness and strength, pairing rich, earth-toned fabrics with accents of metal details in a royal-meets-renegade collection.
Gigi Hadid opened the show in a dark turtleneck layered under a brown skirt set. Other models wore tweed tailored blazers, silk tops, velvet layers and fur coats, giving the collection an adventurous take on timeless looks, with a strong vintage pull and nods to Joan of Arc.

Even with its contemporary additions such as metallic brooch detailing, Lauren’s collection included his signature touches such as high-knee riding boots, exquisite tailoring and elegant high-neck blouses.

The result was an elegant and refined expression of Ralph Lauren, whose fashion DNA remains among the most powerful and influential in American history.
The show followed a busy week for the family after the company dressed the US team for the Winter Olympics in Italy and staged a celebratory fete in Milan led by Usher, Maggie Rogers and star athletes.
