Paris Fashion Week Round-Up: The Shows That Defined March 5

    Junaynah El Guthmy

Day four of Paris Fashion Week delivered a beautifully diverse lineup of houses, each presenting a distinct perspective on the upcoming season. The schedule included Chloé, Off-White, Carven, Rabanne, Uma Wang, Gauchère, Cecilie Bahnsen, Schiaparelli, Rick Owens, and Isabel Marant, creating one of the most dynamic days of the week.

The day opened with Chloé, where the brand continued its signature language of feminine ease. Floaty silhouettes, soft tailoring and effortless layering created a wardrobe that felt both romantic and modern. The collection celebrated movement and softness, reminding us that femininity in fashion today can be powerful precisely because it feels natural and unforced.

Momentum continued with Off-White, which returned to the Paris calendar with a collection that balanced street culture with luxury craftsmanship. The brand’s signature graphic language and bold silhouettes injected energy into the runway, reaffirming its position as one of fashion’s most culturally influential labels.

Later in the day, Schiaparelli delivered the theatrical glamour the house is known for. Sculptural silhouettes and surrealist details created looks that felt more like wearable art than simple garments.

The evening closed with Rick Owens and Isabel Marant, two designers whose aesthetics could not be more different yet equally compelling. Owens delivered his signature architectural drama and monochrome intensity, while Marant brought a relaxed Parisian cool that felt effortless and timeless.
