Istituto Marangoni Dubai Hosts Annual Career Day with Industry Leaders

Istituto Marangoni Dubai’s Annual Career Day brought together local business leaders and leading international organisations at its campus in DIFC, to meet the next generation of creative excellence and recruit exceptional students for academic internships.

Yesterday’s event united academic talent with industry experts as part of Istituto Marangoni Dubai’s commitment to support graduates entering the workplace after they graduate. Essential to the university’s success is their combined academic and industry-driven syllabus, which had led the Istituto Marangoni group to achieve an employability rate of 91% (one year after graduation), according to Doxa, demonstrating the high quality of its educational programmes and the career readiness of its graduates.

This year’s Annual Career Day welcomed a diverse range of leading companies and brands across fashion, luxury, design, innovation, and lifestyle, including AAVVA Fashion, Badibanga, Avenue Fifty Two, The Giving Movement, Limitless Innovation, Dior, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Kering, Richemont, Amouage, Mumuso, Isola Design, Atelio, Olsen & Partners, MONTROI, Odd Designs, HalaPop, Iguzzini, and The Matcha Club.

Roberto La iacona, Institution Director at Istituto Marangoni Dubai said, “Education at Istituto Marangoni is built around learning by doing. Working closely with prominent companies gives our students first-hand insight into the skills they need to develop, a deeper understanding of how the industry operates, and the commitment that it takes to succeed in today’s fashion and creative industries. It provides our talented students the opportunity to take their first steps into the worlds of fashion and design, adding value to their individual professional growth journeys.”

Launched in 2022, Istituto Marangoni Dubai is recognised by the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE), with programmes recognised by the CAA (Commission for Academic Accreditation). One of nine international Istituto Marangoni campuses located in the fashion and design capitals across the world, students enrolled at the Dubai institute benefit from an 85-year heritage that has shaped fashion, art, and design experts.

With a calendar of industry-led initiatives, international exposure and community-driven programming ahead, Istituto Marangoni Dubai continues to position itself as a leading hub for fashion, art and design education in the region.
