A DCAD initiative in partnership with key leaders across business, philanthropy, and entrepreneurship in Abu Dhabi.

Under the chairwomanship of H.H. Sheikha Shamsa bint Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Design Commission Abu Dhabi (DCAD), in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council, Ataya Project, and Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, presents Emirates Signature: Building Together—a new initiative celebrating the power of design, entrepreneurship, and community across the UAE. The initiative is further supported by a strong network of strategic partners, including Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) and Authority of Social Contribution – Ma’an.

This collective alignment creates a unified platform designed to amplify the initiative’s reach across the Emirates, connecting with diverse audiences while directly supporting the business community through increased visibility, access, and meaningful opportunities for growth within a shared national narrative.

A continuation of DCAD’s broader One Nation. One People. initiative, launched in tribute to the UAE’s Year of Family—Emirates Signature: Building Together transforms that message into an immersive, participatory experience. At its core, the initiative explores design as a unifying force, bringing together cultures, disciplines, and communities, while creating a shared space for dialogue, collaboration, and cultural exchange.

The exhibition celebrates emerging projects, local industries, and UAE-founded businesses, bringing together creatives, product makers, artisans, and SME owners from across the country, both citizens and residents, within one curated platform. Through design showcases, community engagement, and collaborative storytelling, the exhibition champions innovation, supports new beginnings, and highlights the stories shaping the country’s evolving creative economy.

Taking place at Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club – Al Khail Square from 7–10 May, between 4 PM and 11 PM, the exhibition is open to both exhibitors and visitors with complimentary participation.

Bringing together a dynamic mix of creative talent, businesses, and community voices, Emirates Signature: Building Together further reinforces Abu Dhabi’s growing position as a regional hub for design, cultural production, and creative entrepreneurship, while contributing to a more inclusive, connected, and future-focused creative ecosystem.
