Giorgio Armani marks 50 years with the launch of ARMANI/Archivio digital platform
The archive was revealed at Venice Film Festival
Celebrating 50 years, Giorgio Armani revealed it's brand new ARMANI/Archivio digital archive at Venice International Film Festival.
ARMANI/Archivio might be described as a fashion time machine... Here you can browse thousands of looks from Armani’s women’s and men’s collections from the Maison's sartorial vault.
From now onwards, fans of the House can dive into 57 hand-picked looks at archivio.armani.com, while Armani insiders get the keys to the full archive. A physical site outside Milan is also planned.

Beyond the digital archive, some of Armani’s most iconic designs are being reissued for a new generation, with drops landing in boutiques across Milan, Paris, London, Los Angeles, New York, Beijing and Tokyo.
From September 16–29, Milan’s La Rinascente will transform its windows into an Armani homage, leading up to Milan Fashion Week. On September 24, the Pinacoteca di Brera will host an exhibition of 150 archival looks before Armani takes part Fashion Week with a runway show in the Brera Courtyard of Honour.
