Inside Chopard’s Circus-Themed Evening of Miracles with Caroline Scheufele
Chopard unveiled MIRACLES, an exceptional soirée hosted by Co-President and Artistic Director Caroline Scheufele, conceived as a celebration of wonder, imagination, and extraordinary craftsmanship. Staged at La Palestre during Cannes Film Festival, the evening unfolded as an immaculately choreographed celebration within a spectacular setting.

The Maison welcomed an illustrious guest list that included Bella Hadid, Chopard Ambassador Jacky Ickx, jury members Demi Moore and Ruth Negga, alongside Sofia Carson, Emmanuelle Béart, Jacqueline Fernandez, Yasmine Sabri, Annabelle Wallis, Vasili Schneider, Salim Kechiouche, Harry Goodwins, Aurélien Muller, Carla Bruni, Cindy Bruna, Johannes Huebl, Olivia Palermo, and Georgina Rodriguez. The evening was also attended by Chopard Co-President Karl-Friedrich Scheufele and Christine Scheufele, together with Karl-Fritz Scheufele, for what quickly became one of the most talked-about nights of the Cannes fortnight.
The celebration began with a cocktail reception beneath a circus-inspired big top, imagined as a world of enchantment and emotional escapism. Conceived to rekindle a childlike sense of wonder, the setting revisited the iconic harlequin lozenge motif through plush seating and a rich palette of orchid tones.

Guests were then invited into a runway presentation unveiling the latest silhouettes from Caroline’s Couture, shown alongside the 2026 Red Carpet Haute Joaillerie collection, also entitled MIRACLES. Comprising 79 pieces, one for each year of the Festival’s history, the collection featured clown-inspired brooches adorned with diamonds, emeralds, and rubies, paying tribute to one of Caroline Scheufele’s earliest creative gestures for the Maison. The presentation opened with Liu Wen and concluded with a finale led by Eva Herzigova, Liu Wen, Adriana Lima, and Nour Arida, all longtime friends of Caroline Scheufele.
Following the presentation, Caroline Scheufele addressed guests alongside Byron, her cocker spaniel and beloved mascot, before a hidden central structure dramatically rose to reveal the dining space beneath, marking another theatrical moment in the evening’s unfolding narrative.

Dinner was curated by two-Michelin-starred Chef Bruno Oger, who presented a menu beginning with yellow pepper velouté with ricotta and flame-grilled white asparagus, followed by Breton lobster with green vegetables, horseradish, and walnut, before concluding with a peach and orange-blossom Melba parfait finished with redcurrant coulis.
Throughout dinner, the atmosphere came alive through a series of intimate performances, from roaming magicians to acrobatic interludes by the Knie Circus. The evening later continued with a captivating burlesque performance by Dita Von Teese, followed by a live set from Sophie Ellis-Bextor performing some of her most celebrated songs, culminating with Murder on the Dancefloor. Festivities continued into the night with a DJ set by Bob Sinclar.

A true highlight of the Cannes Film Festival, MIRACLES offered an immersive expression of Chopard’s creative vision, a world where craftsmanship meets emotion, and where moments of wonder become lasting enchantment.
Chopard also extended thanks to its partners including Casadei for shoes, Nouba Italia and MKS Milano for make-up, alongside Wella Professionals Italia and salons Orazio Anelli, Vatami, and Zero6.Lab for hair.
