The hotel completes Jumeirah’s nautical trilogy in Dubai

After much anticipation, Dubai is set to welcome its newest ultra-luxury lifestyle destination with the opening of Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab on March 14. Situated alongside the iconic Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach Hotel, the new hotel, which is an architectural masterpiece in its own right, marks the completion of Jumeirah’s nautical trilogy. The design of Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab

Designed by renowned architect Shaun Killa, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab draws inspiration from the sleek aesthetics of superyachts. Mirroring the luxury of a superyacht, the interiors feature handcrafted silk carpets, marble surfaces, and hand-blown crystal chandeliers. The resort boasts 386 elegantly designed rooms and suites, 82 serviced residences, and an 82-berth superyacht marina for those who wish to dock their boats.

Guests can indulge in ultra-luxury suites, including the Presidential Suite, featuring a private plunge pool, and the Royal Suite, which has a 310 sqm terrace that appears to be floating above the water. The Pearl Suite, a unique space for exclusive events, can host up to 80 guests in a setting of refined elegance.

For those seeking long-term luxury, Jumeirah Residences Marsa Al Arab offers 82 waterfront homes with stunning views, private pools, and spa facilities, redefining beachfront living in Dubai.
