After a successful corporate career, Jody Shield decided to rewrite the rules for women in business. “I am a visionary entrepreneur, futurist and mentor, dedicated to redefining how women lead,” she says. Jody has guided more than 100,000 women worldwide, blending energetic intelligence with business precision to activate leadership that transcends convention. “My journey has been one of courage, leaving the conventional path to create businesses that marry strategy with energetic mastery.”

Her career began in London, working in advertising, where she rose to Business Director before a life-changing shamanic healing experience in 2011 set her on a different path. “I realised I was not meant to sell mobile phones or cosmetics. There was something greater waiting for me.” By 2012, she had left corporate life, retrained, and launched a private therapy practice in London, all while speaking on global stages for brands including Nike, Lululemon, and Estée Lauder.

In 2017, she founded Magnificent Money, an online business teaching women how to transform their relationship with wealth. The business continues to thrive, but today, Jody’s main focus is mentoring visionary women, “elite entrepreneurs who are industry disruptors and empire builders. I guide them to scale with ease through energetic alignment.” Alongside this, she is expanding her vision into the luxury wellness space through the acquisition of a non-toxic fragrance brand. “Every step has been about trusting my intuition, taking bold risks, and allowing the vision to expand me.”

Combining business acumen with energetics and intuition, Jody has become a go-to advisor for powerful women redefining leadership. “I work with extraordinary women who are already highly successful,” she explains. “These are women who have mastered execution and strategy, but who come to me when they are ready to access something far greater: the energetic and visionary layer that unlocks exponential growth.”

Through her platform, she is “initiating a new era of feminine leadership, defined by power with grace, strategy with energy, and boldness with integrity.” Her approach is less about conventional coaching and more about channelling a deeper wisdom. “I often describe myself as a business psychic,” she says. “The ideas and insights I share are always in alignment with a woman’s deeper purpose.” This unique strategy has made Jody a voice for the future of women in business. “I am also a futurist, constantly receiving information about the future of industries, trends, and what is energetically unfolding. This allows me to guide women to build businesses that are not only successful today but are positioned to lead the next decade.”

Jody’s success has not come without risk, and she is not afraid to admit she has taken many. “One of the greatest challenges has been daring to lead differently,” she admits. “When I left the corporate world, I chose not to replicate the traditional model of constant hustle and endless output. Instead, I built my approach on energetic alignment, intuition, and premium positioning.”

Her courage to speak about taboo topics early on, such as women and money, set her apart. “Back in 2015, I was openly talking about money in London, at a time when it was considered taboo for women to share their financial goals or desires. I knew these conversations were essential because until women own their relationship with wealth, they cannot fully own their power.” By leaning into intuition and results, she proved that a new model of success was possible. “Leading differently was never the easy path, but it became the gift that has defined my career, showing the world that business can be visionary, intuitive, and effortless all at once.”

Being a successful businesswoman and having a personal life is never easy. For Jody, balance isn’t about rigid schedules but energetic flow. “It is about energetic management, not hours on a clock,” she says. Her daily rhythm includes naps, movement, meditation, and journaling, all designed to keep her aligned. “Rest is productive. It sharpens decision-making, expands capacity, and allows me to hold the field for my clients and businesses at the highest level.” Her husband, Paul, has been her constant support. “He is not only my partner in life, but also in vision. Together we dream boldly, design businesses with impact, and build a life that reflects our shared values.”

As her success expands, Jody’s purpose remains deeply rooted in transformation. “My vision is to expand wealth and success so that it is no longer concentrated in the hands of only 1 per cent of people,” she says. “I want to see that 1 per cent grow into five or even 10 per cent, with more women having access to wealth, influence, and leadership at the highest levels.” She envisions launching a private equity fund to invest in women-led ventures and scaling her fragrance brand as part of that mission. “Clean fragrance will gently disrupt the cosmetics industry by showing that luxury can be beautiful, desirable, and non-harmful.”
