The Jordanian Royal Family kicked off the week with a royal wedding. Her Royal Highness Princess Aisha bint Faisal wed Karim Al Mufti in a romantic setting, surrounded by their closest friends and family.

The stunning princess arrived on the arm of her father, His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Al Hussein, like a fairytale princess. She wore a white satin and lace gown, paired with a vintage-inspired diamond tiara of hawthorn blossoms — a piece first worn by her sister, Princess Ayah, at her 2014 wedding. It most likely belongs to their mother, Her Royal Highness Princess Alia Tabbaa.

Princess Aisha and Karim Al Mufti, who announced their engagement in June 2024, were married in a traditional ceremony at Zahran Palace in Amman — the famed venue known for hosting royal weddings, including that of Crown Prince Al Hussein and Princess Rajwa.

The wedding décor was nothing short of enchanting. Princess Aisha and her father arrived at the palace and descended the grand staircase beneath a breathtaking floral arch, lush with greenery and delicate hints of blue. The Katb Al-Kitab ceremony took place in the palace gardens, surrounded by graceful white floral arrangements and the serene beauty of towering green trees.

Stepping into a vintage bridal look, Princess Aisha was the picture of romance and grace. Her satin-white gown featured an ultra-feminine high-collared floral lace cape, with a luxurious satin skirt cascading in smooth, elegant lines, finishing with a delicate train that trailed effortlessly behind her. She completed the look with a simple diamond bracelet and earrings.

The royal wedding took place on 13th May 2025, with His Majesty King Abdullah II — the bride’s uncle — in attendance, alongside Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Al Hussein and Princess Rajwa, as well as Prince Hashem.

Elegant and regal as ever, the bride’s grandmother, Her Royal Highness Princess Muna Al Hussein, chose a traditional look for her granddaughter’s wedding. She stunned in a custom-made light green dress, delicately embroidered in soft green and purple, featuring the black iris — Jordan’s national flower. The gown was designed by Jordanian designer Reema Dahbour, who also created Princess Iman’s henna dress in March 2023.

The mother of the bride, Princess Alia Tabbaa, looked radiant in a baby blue gown by Lebanese designer Saiid Kobeisy. The dress was simple yet elegant, embroidered in silver and featuring a flowing cape.

Members of the extended Jordanian royal family were also in attendance, including Prince Ali bin Al Hussein and Princesses Zain and Aisha, the twin sisters of King Abdullah II.

The celebrations continued later into the day, as the couple’s parents hosted a reception at Meydan Al Raiyah in the Hashemite Royal Court to celebrate the couple’s union.
