Sally Moussa Hajjar managing partner of HuManagement shares her dreams for the future

Starting out in PR as a side hustle, the mum of three loves her fast-paced job
Sitting in the midst of a bustling presidential suite on Bluewaters Island, Sally Moussa Hajjar
embodies grace under pressure. The energy around her is electric – cameras click, crew members scurry and schedules are juggled – but Sally remains composed. She’s dressed impeccably for the day’s shoot in a black Max Mara jumpsuit with matching jet beading, but her focus isn’t on the chaos. Instead, she’s present in the moment, effortlessly balancing the calm and the storm. That balance defines her – personally and professionally.
Hajjar’s career journey is a testament to the beauty of embracing the unexpected. Her early dreams of a career in international diplomacy took a detour when she stumbled into a part-time PR job at university. “PR chose me,” she says with a laugh. What started as a side hustle soon evolved into a full-blown career, one that she describes as endlessly exciting. “I love waking up every day to do what I do,” she says genuinely joyfully.
It also shines in her work. Hajjar has carved out a space for herself in the fast-paced, high-stakes world of celebrity management as the managing partner of HuManagement, working across Hollywood, Bollywood, and the Middle East. It’s a career that demands creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of people. Whether she’s coordinating global campaigns or managing the needs of high-profile personalities, she brings a sense of purpose and energy that sets her apart. “I love it more than I can explain,” she admits.
When asked about a superpower, she doesn’t hesitate: time travel. “I’d revisit beautiful memories, spend time with those I’ve lost, and even peek into my children’s futures,” she muses. For Hajjar, the past and future aren’t faraway concepts – they’re deeply personal threads in the tapestry of her life. Motherhood, in particular, has been transformative for her. It didn’t dampen her adventurous spirit – it just refined it. “I may not be jumping out of planes anymore,” she jokes, “but I’m scaling new heights every day.” As her biggest motivators, her children inspire her to dream bigger and to lead with authenticity and love.
When she talks about what makes a woman remarkable, Hajjar keeps it straightforward. “A remarkable woman is someone who stays true to herself,” she says. In a world that often demands women conform to certain roles or expectations, she admires those who resist. That value guides her in everything she does, from how she approaches her work to how she raises her children. It’s also a lesson she hopes to pass on to them: the importance of being unapologetically yourself.
Reflecting on her younger years, Hajjar wishes she’d dreamed bigger earlier. Growing up in a small town, she often felt hesitant to imagine a life beyond its borders. But the strong women in her family – her mother and grandmothers – taught her resilience and ambition. Today, she channels that strength into encouraging others, especially young women, to dream boldly. “The world is so much bigger than we think,” she says. “And so is our potential.”
Hajjar’s ambitions extend beyond her current success. She dreams of creating a brand that empowers women in a tangible way –something rooted in her values of authenticity and connection. While she’s still working out the details, one thing is certain: whatever she creates will reflect her belief in the power of women to shape their own stories. “It won’t just be a movement,” she says. “It’ll be something real.”
For Hajjar, power comes from knowing who you are and owning it. Her journey – from a shy girl with modest dreams to a leader in PR and celebrity management – is proof that authenticity and courage can open doors you never imagined. And she isn’t done yet. Her story is still being written, one meaningful connection at a time.
