The Lady Dior has been reimagined as a lucky charm for Spring–Summer 2026

Under the creative direction of Jonathan Anderson, the bag is hand-embroidered with four-leaf clovers and a red ladybug

A symbol of Parisian chic, the Lady Dior has entered a new chapter for Spring–Summer 2026, reimagined through a lens of sentiment. Under the creative direction of Jonathan Anderson, the iconic handbag has been transformed into a modern talisman.

This latest iteration draws on the poetry of superstition and heritage. Delicate four-leaf clovers reference Anderson’s Irish roots, while a vivid red ladybug nods to the superstitious spirit of Dior’s founding couturier. Together, these motifs infuse the Lady Dior with a sense of optimism and protection, elevating the bag beyond an accessory into an object imbued with meaning.

True to the House’s unwavering commitment to excellence, the creation process is as meticulous as it is beautiful. Each clover is first hot-stamped onto the leather before being individually hand-embroidered by the skilled artisans of the Dior Ateliers, a painstaking process that speaks to generations of savoir-faire. No two pieces are exactly alike, reinforcing the notion of the bag as a personal lucky charm.

Adding a final flourish, the signature “D, I, O, R” charms are reinterpreted and delicately shaped into a talismanic form. The result is a Lady Dior that feels both intimate and elevated, an heirloom of the future if you will.
