The latest chapter introduces Tahitian pearls with a punk style
Tiffany & Co. presents the next evolution of its Tiffany Titan collection, designed by the visionary artist Pharrell Williams. This latest chapter introduces Tahitian pearls, adding a striking dimension to the collection’s avant-garde aesthetic. Marking the third phase of Williams’ collaboration with the jeweller, this release continues to redefine jewellery design while reinforcing Tiffany &Co.’s commitment to sustainability through the use of ethically sourced, high-quality materials.
First launched in 2024, the Tiffany Titan collection draws inspiration from the power and mystery of the sea. The newest iteration builds upon the second phase, which incorporated freshwater pearls, by introducing Tahitian cultured pearls – coveted for their deep, iridescent hues.
A bold departure from Tiffany & Co.’s classic aesthetic, the Tiffany Titan collection embodies fearless, unconventional elegance. Designed for both men and women, the pieces represent strong and powerful personalities, much like the clients they have been created for. Williams’ vision for the collection is deeply personal, influenced by Poseidon’s trident – a tribute to the ocean’s commanding presence – as well as Atlantis, both the mythical lost city and the Virginia Beach community where he was raised.

The five-piece Tahitian pearl collection comprises a pendant, earrings, necklace, bracelet, and ring, each distinguished by spear-like motifs softened by curved edges. The juxtaposition of modernity and tradition is evident in the pairing of dark Tahitian pearls with 18K rose gold and pavé diamonds, which appear to be scattered across the pieces like sparkling reflections on water. The bracelet and necklace feature alternating 18K gold spike rondelles, further amplifying the collection’s audacious spirit.
Tahitian pearls, revered for their long cultivation process and extraordinary colour variations, are sourced exclusively from the pristine waters of French Polynesia. These pearls, cultivated over 18 months in tropical saltwater lagoons, are distinguished by their luminous grey body colour with captivating green and purple overtones. The pearls selected for the Tiffany Titan collection are particularly rare, measuring between 11 and 12mm – surpassing the standard 9 to 11mm range.
Williams began his partnership with Tiffany & Co. last year, bringing his signature blend of innovation and artistry to fine jewellery. In addition to the pearl offering, this latest collection introduces the revolutionary Floeting platform. This ingenious diamond setting enhances the brilliance of natural diamonds, creating the illusion that they are effortlessly suspended above the skin.

Secured in place by a micro-groove that is laser-cut around the underside of the diamond, the gems are devoid of visible metal on top and appear to be suspended in air.
“I worked directly with the creative teams at Tiffany & Co. to integrate the Floeting platform into the setting to give the illusion of that hovering effect,” Williams remarked in a statement.
The collection made its debut during Paris Haute Couture Week with a glamorous event at the Hôtel Plaza Athénée in Paris. Williams was joined by friends of the brand, including Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Dua Lipa, Gabrielle Union, and Anya Taylor-Joy, who all celebrated the collection’s unique blend of strength and beauty.
