At the heart of Shura Island in Saudi Arabia, SLS The Red Sea introduces a bold architectural concept formed around coral-bloom structures that echo the surrounding marine environment. Sinuous pathways connect tropical open-air spaces, while inside, natural textures are paired with theatrical details, modern art, and custom artwork by local artist Heba Ismail. 

The Peninsula Istanbul

Occupying four waterfront buildings in Karaköy, The Peninsula Istanbul blends architectural preservation with contemporary Turkish design. Three protected 20th-century landmarks, including a restored 1940s glass-fronted cruise terminal, open onto the Bosphorus, integrating local artistry, palatial gardens, traditional hammams, and views of the historic Old Town.

Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo 

Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo reinterprets its classic Belle Époque heritage through reimagined Diamond Suites created by Pierre-Yves Rochon, complete with Versailles-style parquet, Calacata marble, and botanical details. Beneath the hotel’s historic Winter Garden dome sits Gustave, a new bar designed by Shirine Zirak that recalls grand 18th-century salons with wrought-iron detailing and lush greenery. 

Brown’s Hotel

Located in Mayfair, London, Brown’s Hotel celebrates British craft through its new Paul Smith Grand Suite, designed alongside Olga Polizzi. The residence mixes Sir Paul Smith’s Signature Stripes and ties with Harris Tweed, vintage Japanese prints, and English antiques to create an intimate, art-filled private home.

One&Only Kéa Island

Perched on the rugged cliffs of Vrokskopos Bay in Greece, One&Only Kea Island draws design inspiration from the elemental beauty of the Cyclades. Its whitewashed architecture, natural materials, and private villa terraces blend seamlessly into the Aegean landscape, framing an experience centred around local art, culture, and outdoor living. 

One&Only One Za’abeel 

Designed by Nikken Sekkei and Jean-Michel Gathy, One&Only One Za’abeel is anchored by The Link, the world’s longest cantilever building suspended between twin towers above Dubai. Inside, warm desert-inspired tones, specialised suites, and an adults-only infinity pool on Level 27 balance dramatic structural engineering with tranquil city views.

Portrait Milano

Set within a restored 16th-century Archiepiscopal Seminary in Milan’s Quadrilatero della Moda, Portrait Milano combines architectural history with Ferragamo family style. Architect Michele De Lucchi transformed the historic estate into a vibrant cultural destination centred around the grand Piazza del Quadrilatero, surrounded by boutiques, dining, and luxury guest suites.
